When trading futures, there are two position modes to choose from - Hedge Mode and One-way Mode. By default, LBank's futures trading uses a "One-way Mode". If you want to switch to "Hedge Mode", you can modify the setting on the futures trading page.
Web
- Log in your LBank account and navigate to the "Futures" trading page. On the right side, locate the "Position Settings" option.
- Select either "Hedge Mode" or "One-way Mode". The key difference is whether you want to be able to hold both long and short positions simultaneously (Hedge Mode) or just one direction at a time (One-way Mode).
Note:You cannot change the position mode if you have any open positions or pending orders.
- After confirmation, you have successfully switched to Hedge Mode.
APP
- Open the app and go to the Futures tab on the bottom navigation bar. Tap the three-dot icon in the top right and select "Preferences".
- Under the "Mode" section, choose "Hedge Mode" and confirm your change.
*Note: You cannot change modes if you already have open positions or pending orders.
After confirmation, you can successfully switch to Hedge Mode.
