In Hedge Mode, you can simultaneously hold both long and short directions and hedge positions in different directions under the same futures. Opening or closing position under hedge mode is different from one way position mode.
If you want to open a position or increase a current position (in the same direction), you must select [Open]. Conversely, if you want to close a position or reduce a current position (in the same direction), you must select [Close], as shown below.
1. Go to the LBank Futures trading page, select the futures trading pair, and go to place an order.
2. On the order interface, choose the appropriate margin mode, leverage level, open position/close position, order type, and special instruction of order. After verifying the details, click [Open Long] or [Open Short] to place the order.

Margin Mode
|
The margin modes include [Cross] and [Isolated], and different positions for the same Futures use the same margin mode.
The default margin mode is set to [Cross]. Before placing any orders or opening positions, please ensure the correct margin mode is selected. Adjustment of margin mode is not allowed if you have positions or open orders.

Leverage Level
|
LBank Futures offers perpetual contracts with up to 200x leverage. The maximum leverage varies depending on the Futures, and different positions for the same Futures use the same leverage ratio.
The default leverage settings for Futures may vary, and users need to manually adjust the leverage ratio.

Open Position/Close Position
|
In Hedge Mode, select [Open] if you would like to open a position or increase your current position size (in the same direction). Select [Close] if you would like to close the current position or reduce the position size (in the same direction).

Order Type
|
Available order types are Limit Order, Market Order, Trigger Order and Post Only Order.

Special Instruction of Order
|
For Limit Orders, you can set TIF.
GTC
Such orders will remain valid until it is completely filled or canceled.
FAK
Such orders will be filled at the specified price and the unfilled portion will be automatically canceled.
FOK
Such orders must be filled in full or they will be canceled immediately.
LBank Futures trading uses the Close Position for closing or reducing positions, so there is no Reduce Only option available in Hedge Mode.
