- What are Leveraged Token Products?
Leveraged tokens are a type of financial derivative. It is a trading product that tracks the increase or decrease in the quantity of an underlying asset (such as BTC) within a certain period of time (e.g., 3 times, 5 times, or -3 times, -5 times). If the price of BTC rises by 1%, the corresponding 3x and 5x leveraged token products will rise by 3% and 5% respectively; while the corresponding -3x and -5x products will fall by -3% and -5% respectively.
- Leveraged token products have the following characteristics:
There is no need for a margin, and there is no risk of liquidation (Risk Warning: If the direction is wrong, there will be a risk that the price will approach zero in extreme situations). For investors who don't have much time to keep an eye on the market, purchasing leveraged token products can save a great deal of time and energy.
- What is the naming rule of leveraged token products?
BTC3L represents a 3x leveraged long position of BTC, while BTC3S represents a 3x leveraged short position of BTC.
