1. Open the LBank app and click on your avatar, go to "Security "-" Google Authenticator".
2. Tap "Change Google Authenticator".
*Note: For security reasons, the withdrawal and fiat trading functions of your account will be disabled for 24 hours.
3. Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. If you haven't installed it yet, tap the Google Authenticator icon to download and install it.
4. You will now see a backup key displayed. Write down this backup key and store it securely. It will be used to regain access to Google Authenticator if you lose your device.
5. In the Google Authenticator app, tap the "+"button and choose one of the following options:
Select "Enter Setup Key" to manually enter the backup key.
Select "Scan QR Code" to scan the QR code provided and set up Google Authenticator.
6. Return to the LBank app and use the newly set up Google Authenticator to verify the reset. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app and tap "Done".
If you are unable to access the Google Authenticator app or it is not functioning properly:
- Contact LBank's online customer support for assistance. An agent will guide you through the verification steps to reset 2FA, which may take a few days.
- Please note that the specific steps may vary slightly depending on your account status and the verification information required.
