If you are logged into your LBank account but cannot access Google Authenticator, please contact LBank's online customer service for assistance.
If you cannot access Google Authenticator and are unable to log into your LBank account, please contact LBank's online customer service. They will guide you through the necessary steps for account recovery.
If your Google Authenticator is working and you want to modify or disable it:
- Log into your LBank account and navigate to your avatar. Go to "Security" and locate the "Two-Factor Authentication" section.
- Click on "Edit"to replace your existing Google Authenticator setup.
Note: After this change, your withdrawals and fiat trading will be disabled for 24 hours.
- If you have Google Authenticator installed, please fill in the verification code you obtained below and complete the verification . If not, install it before proceeding.
- In the Google Authenticator app, tap the "+"button and choose one of the following options：
- Select "Enter Setup Key" to manually enter the backup key provided.
- Select "Scan QR Code" to scan the QR code displayed.
Tap "Add" in the Google Authenticator app to add the account.
- Return to the LBank website and use your newly set up Google Authenticator to verify the reset by entering the 6-digit code generated by the app. Click "Next" to complete the reset process for your new Google Authenticator setup.
