If you forget to include or use an incorrect memo, tag, or payment ID (e.g., for XLM, XRP, etc.), your deposit will not be credited to your account.
To attempt recovery, you can fill out all the necessary details and submit a request to LBank's official customer service or email service@lbank.com for assistance.
2. Depositing to Incorrect Receiving Address or Unlisted Token
LBank generally does not offer token recovery services. However, if you have experienced significant losses due to an incorrect token deposit, LBank may assist you in recovering your tokens at their discretion. LBank has established procedures to help users attempt to recover economic losses. It's important to note that successful recovery cannot be guaranteed. If you find yourself in this situation, make sure to provide your LBank account email, token name, deposit amount, and corresponding TxID to expedite assistance.
3. Depositing to Non-LBank Address
If you have sent tokens to an incorrect address that does not belong to LBank, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to provide further assistance. In such cases, you can try contacting the relevant party, such as the address owner or the exchange to which the address belongs, for assistance.
