If you mistakenly deposit assets to an incorrect LBank address that does not correspond to the type of asset you are depositing (for example, sending ETH to a DAX deposit address), your deposit will not be credited to your account.
Before contacting LBank, please first verify that your situation does not fall under the following cases where assets cannot be recovered:
- Depositing to a non-existent address
- Depositing to a non-LBank address
- Depositing an asset that is not listed on LBank
- Any other situation where recovery is not possible
If your case does not match the above, please contact LBank's official customer service to process your asset recovery request. We will respond within 5 working days to let you know if your assets can be recovered.
LBank's customer service will guide you through the asset recovery process if your situation qualifies. Please wait for their confirmation before proceeding with any further steps. If recovery is possible, your assets will be credited to your account within 30 working days.
