In the event that you accidentally withdraw funds to an incorrect address, LBank cannot provide any further assistance as it becomes challenging to identify the recipient of those funds. Once you complete the security verification and click 「Submit」, our system initiates the withdrawal process.
To attempt to recover funds withdrawn to the wrong address, you can consider the following steps:
- If you know the owner of the address you sent the funds to, directly contact that person or entity to explain the situation and request assistance.
- If the funds were sent to an incorrect address on another platform, contact the customer support of that platform and seek their guidance and assistance in recovering the funds.
- If you forgot to include the required memo/tag for the withdrawal, reach out to the support team of the receiving platform. Provide them with your withdrawal Transaction ID (TxID) and explain the omission of the memo/tag.
The platform may be able to recover the funds for you if you supply the TxID and they are able to identify the deposit based on that.
However, LBank cannot take any further action if assets are withdrawn to an incorrect address you do not have any association with or ability to recover from.
