Note:
Why hasn't my deposit reached the account?
Transferring funds from an external platform to LBank goes through below steps:
- Withdraw funds from the external platform.
- Wait for blockchain network confirmation.
- LBank will deposit the funds into your account.
When a crypto withdrawal is marked “Completed” or “Successful”, it means it's been broadcast to the blockchain. It might still take time for full confirmation and crediting to the destination platform. Confirmation times vary by blockchain.
- Example Scenario
If you want to deposit 2 BTC into your LBank wallet, first create a transaction to transfer funds from your personal wallet to LBank. After that, wait for network confirmation. You'll see a pending deposit in your LBank account.
- Fund Availability
Funds are unavailable until the deposit completes (1 network confirmation). For withdrawals, wait for 2 network confirmations.
- Network Congestion
Network congestion may delay transaction processing. Use the transfer hash to check your transfer status on a blockchain explorer.
- Troubleshooting
- If unconfirmed, wait and retry later.
- If unconfirmed but meets our min. confirmations, contact support with the hash, coin/token name, amount, and transfer time.
- If confirmed but not credited, provide the hash, token name, amount, and time.
