How to make an Internal Transfer?

Internal transfer allows you to move funds between two LBank accounts. The funds will be credited instantly, and you won't need to pay any transaction fees.

1. Log in to your LBank App.
2. Tap on 「Wallet」and select 「Withdraw」.

3. Select a currency you would like to transfer. On the network selection pop-up, click on 「Cancel」, and then switch to the 「Internal Transfer」 page.

4. Fill in the transfer information. Select the recipient's UID (you can obtain the UID from the 「Personal Center」 of the target account). Enter the withdrawal account, withdrawal amount, and click on the 「Withdraw」 button. Input the security verification information, initiate the withdrawal, and the assets will be credited to the target account.

*Note:

• When entering the transfer amount, you'll see the displayed network fee. Internal transfers don't require the blockchain network and support real-time arrival without transaction fee. The recipient's account will receive the amount shown as 「Amount received」.
• Please note that internal transfers and real-time arrival only apply when the recipient's address also belongs to a LBank account.

5. Click 「Withdraw」, then complete the 2FA security verification. Before submitting, carefully check the coin, amount, and recipient address.

6.  After submitting a withdrawal request, you can immediately view its status.

*Note: Internal LBank transfers will not generate a TxID.

To add an internal transfer address:
1. If you don't have one, go to the 「Internal Transfer」 page and click 「Add Account」.

2. Enter the account address info, notes, and email verification code. Make sure it's an LBank account address, then click 「Confirm」.

*Note: You can choose the recipient account by adding UID, phone number, or email address.

3. Congratulations! Now you have successfully added this as an internal transfer address.
