The LBank team has received several reports from users that some websites are using the LBank trademark to operate a phishing website with the intent to steal the sign-in credentials of LBank users.
The LBank team hereby clarifies that these fraudulent websites have no relationship with the LBank team, and the LBank team has never authorized the platform to use the LBank trademark and other intellectual property.

To avoid these websites, we strongly recommend that you do the following:
a) Be extremely cautious when clicking unknown links (Examples: links shared on social networking sites, Telegram groups, and search engines) with domain names similar to LBank’s official website.
b) Always use LBank's official websites to sign in and trade.
c) Add LBank’s official website to your browser’s bookmarks to reduce your chances of encountering phishing sites.
d) Clear your browser’s cookies, and reset your LBank sign-in password if you have clicked suspicious links.
Please note if you receive e-mails about device/IP changes without conducting the operation, your account may be compromised. In addition, we recommend that you set Anti-phishing Code under Security Settings to prevent phishing websites.
If you encounter unverifiable information, you can find the official customer service through the official LBank APP for verification. At the same time, you can also enter to https://www.lbank.com/official-verification.html verify the official channel.
If the user does not verify the website through the official channel and believes in the fraudulent information, and causes property loss, LBank will not be liable for any compensation.
