  1. What is LBank Card?
LBank Card is a cryptocurrency credit card authorized by Visa, designed to provide customers with a convenient and secure spending experience.
 
  1. Who is eligible for the LBank Card?
LBank Card is only available to users who have completed KYC verification. Upon approval, card information will be provided for online transactions. For inquiries if not approved, please contact Customer Service at Service@LBank.com.
 
  1. Is LBank Card a debit card or a credit card?
LBank Card is essentially a credit card. However, to authorize payments, there must be sufficient balance in the cardholder's LBank funds account.
 
  1. Where can I use the card?
You can use LBank Card anywhere Visa is accepted. Currently, Visa is accepted by over 50 million merchants globally. Upon approval, a virtual card will be issued immediately for online payments, and some local e-wallets in certain countries.
 
  1. How does it work?
When you make a purchase, LBank Card deducts the equivalent cryptocurrency amount from your spending account balance in real-time.
 
  1. Which cryptocurrencies can be used?
LBank Card supports USDT as the accepted cryptocurrency. 
 
  1. Can LBank Card be used to withdraw cash from ATMs?
Currently, LBank Card only has a virtual card. Once the physical card is issued, users will be able to perform cash withdrawal operations at ATMs. If you have applied for a physical card, you can use the physical LBank Card to withdraw cash from ATMs bearing the Visa logo. Please note that there may be withdrawal fees and limits.
 
  1. Are there spending limits on the LBank Card?
Yes, your LBank Card has spending limits, which may vary based on factors such as your card usage history. For details on your specific spending limits, refer to the LBank Card fee schedule and spending limits.
 
  1. How do I activate my LBank Card?
Virtual Card: Once your LBank Card application is approved, your virtual card will be automatically activated.
Physical Card: We will launch physical cards in the future, so stay tuned.
 
  1. Can I link my LBank Card to other payment platforms like ApplePay or GooglePay?
The current LBank Card we have launched does not support binding with Apple Pay and Google Pay. It only supports settlement by entering credit card information. Different trading platforms vary; no fees will be deducted if you cannot initiate a transaction after entering credit card information. In the future, we will launch more card types and features for users to choose from.
 
  1. Are there any fees?
Please refer to the LBank Card fee schedule and spending limits.
 
  1. Can I apply for an additional LBank Card for someone else using my LBank account?
A single LBank user ID can only have one LBank Card, and supplementary cards are not supported. However, multiple LBank Cards per user ID will be supported in the future.
 
  1. Can I make payments in foreign currencies?
You can make payments in foreign currencies such as GBP, EUR, HKD, TWD, VND, AUD, etc. Please note that foreign transaction fees will apply. Refer to the LBank Card fee schedule and spending limits for details.
 
  1. What is the validity period of my LBank Card?
Please refer to the card information for the validity period of the card. After expiration, you will not be able to use your card. However, you can transfer the funds back to your spot account yourself. We will introduce a feature to update the card's validity period in the future. The card agreement terminates when your card is canceled or expires without replacement.
 
  1. Will the terms and conditions change?
We may change these terms and conditions, assuming you consent. If you disagree with the changes, you must inform us before the changes take effect. If you choose to suspend or freeze your card in this manner, please transfer all remaining balances from your spending account back to your spot account. Our website will always provide the latest version of account terms and conditions and any future change notices. You should regularly check our website and your online account portal for such notices and changes.
 
  1. What if I have a complaint?
