- Recover Through your Wallet
- Import your private key or seed phrase into a wallet that supports the network you mistakenly sent the assets on. Make sure the wallet you choose is compatible with the specific network.
- Once you have imported your wallet, you should be able to see the assets you mistakenly sent to the wrong network.
- From within the wallet, initiate a withdrawal of the assets back to the platform you initially withdrew from. Follow the specific steps provided by the wallet to complete the withdrawal process.
- Once the assets are back on the original platform, verify that you have successfully regained control of the assets on the correct network.
- Now, you can reattempt the deposit to LBank. Before depositing, double-check the following:
a. Ensure that the crypto asset you intend to deposit matches the asset you are depositing.
b. Verify that the withdrawal network or chain (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain) matches the network supported by LBank for that specific asset.
c. Confirm that LBank supports receiving deposits for that asset on the network you are using.
