I. How to Buy Gift Cards
1. After logging in to your LBank account, click on "Discover" - "Gift Cards" on the LBank web page to enter the Buy Gift Card page.
2.Select the Gift Card You Want to Buy
(1) Filter gift cards by category and applicable region according to your needs. After choosing, click "Search."
(2) Based on the gift card’s product information, denomination, unit price, etc., select the gift card you want to buy. Click "Buy" to proceed to the product details page.
(3) On the product details page, select the quantity and denomination of the gift card. Click "Buy Now" to go to the order payment page.
3. Pay with Cryptocurrency to Purchase the Gift Card
(1) Select the cryptocurrency you wish to use for payment and transfer the funds to the specified cryptocurrency address. If the order is not completed within 1 hour, it will be automatically canceled.
*Please make sure the payment coin and amount exactly the same as the order displays and send to the correct wallet address. Otherwise, the order may fail. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our support team at giftcardservice@gcard.one.
(2) A payment success email notification will be sent after successful payment.
(3) After payment, click "Paid" to go to the order list page. Alternatively, click "Historical Orders" in the top right corner of the homepage to view your orders.
4. Receive Gift Card Code and PIN
(1) The gift card will be sent automatically to your account email. If your LBank account is not linked to an email, manually click "Send PIN" in your order history, enter an email to receive the card details, and check your email.
(2) View the card information in your email inbox.
*Notes:
(1) If an order is in process, you cannot place a second order. You may either complete the payment for the first order or cancel it.

II. FAQs about Buying Gift Cards
1. Order Processing Completion Time
Typically, card details are sent within 1-2 minutes after successful payment.
2. Completed Payment, but No Payment Success Email Received?
If your payment was successful, please ensure the the amount of cryptocurrency received at the recipient address matches the amount displayed on the order exactly and is sent to the correct wallet address. Since user withdrawals generally incur gas fees, please ensure that the amount sent to the recipient address matches the order amount.
3. Did Not Receive Gift Card PIN Email
a. If your LBank account is not linked to an email, go to "Historical Orders," click "Send PIN," and enter an email address to receive the PIN.
b. The gift card PIN code is sent automatically to your account email. If you have not received it or accidentally deleted it, please check your spam folder, deleted emails folder, or any automatic filters.
c. If you still haven’t received the PIN, check the order number in "Historical Orders" and contact our support email (giftcardservice@gcard.one) for assistance.
4. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Digital gift cards are virtual products and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please confirm your requirements before purchasing.
5. Encountering Issues with Gift Card Redemption/Use?
a. If you experience any issues during redemption or use, please contact our customer service email for assistance and provide the order number and a screenshot of the issue.
b. If there is a dispute with the gift card brand or restrictions on the brand’s platform, please contact the merchant directly. Please ensure that you fully comply with the merchant’s official terms during redemption or use.
