What is Fiat Deposit & Exchange?

LBank’s fiat deposit and exchange feature provides a fast and convenient way for users to deposit and withdraw fiat currencies. Users can seamlessly exchange fiat currencies with USDT in real-time, enjoying zero-fee online deposits and withdrawals with quick transaction processing.

 

1. Fiat Deposit

1.1 How to Deposit Fiat?

• Visit the LBank official website and click [Start] in the upper right corner to log in to your account.

Before making a fiat deposit, you must complete KYC verification. For assistance, refer to:

• Click [Buy Crypto] > [Fiat Deposit] to access the Fiat deposit page, then select [Fiat Deposit].

• Choose the fiat currency and payment method, enter the deposit amount, and click [Deposit] to submit the order.

Note: 

Currently supported fiat currency: USD; 

Deposit limits: $10 - $10,000 per transaction; 

• After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the payment page. Log in and complete the payment as instructed.

• Once the payment is completed, you can check your order status via the notification  in the upper right corner or track your transaction under [Transaction History]:

• After successful processing, your fiat balance will be available in your [Fiat Account]

1.2 How to View Fiat Deposit History?

• Navigate to the [Transaction History] section on the deposit page.

• Under [Fiat Transaction History], select [Deposit] to view past deposit history.

1.3 How to Check Fiat Account Balance?

• Click [Assets Overview] > [Fiat Account] in the upper right corner.

• The Fiat Account page displays your current fiat balance. You can also access fiat deposit, withdrawal, or exchange options from this page.

2. Fiat Withdrawal

 How to Withdraw Fiat?

• Go to the Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal section and select [Fiat Withdrawal].

• Choose the fiat currency and withdrawal method, enter the withdrawal amount, and provide the necessary payment account details.

Note:

Currently supported fiat currency: USD;

Limits: $1 - $5,000 per transaction;

• Submit the withdrawal request and enter the required verification code to complete the security verification.

• Once the withdrawal is processed successfully, track your withdrawal details under [Transaction History].

• In the [Fiat Transaction History] section, select [Withdraw] to view past withdrawal records.

3. Fiat-to-Crypto Exchange (Fiat to USDT)

How to Exchange Fiat for USDT?

• Click [Buy Crypto] > [Exchange].

• Select [Fiat to Crypto Exchange].

• Confirm the exchange direction and enter the amount. The system will calculate the real-time amount to be received. （Fee: 0.6%）

• On the confirmation page, enter the required verification code, complete security verification, and click [Confirm] to finalize the transaction.

• After a successful exchange, view your exchange history under [Transaction History].
  
  

• You can filter transactions by different status in the Transaction History section.

4. How to View Fiat Transaction History?

• Click [Assets Overview] > [Fiat].

• Select [Recent Transactions] to view your fiat transaction history.

• Under [Fund History], you can filter records by fiat currency pair and bill type (deposit, withdrawal, or exchange).

5. FAQ

5.1 What is the Daily Limit for Fiat Deposits & Withdrawals?

• Verified personal accounts have a monthly limit of $299,999 (total deposits and withdrawals combined). The maximum amount per transaction or per day is $49,999.

5.2 Why Hasn't My Withdrawal Arrived?

For security reasons, large fiat withdrawals may require additional review. Under normal circumstances, funds arrive within 2-5 minutes.
